Support Package

So you have a Grom, but it’s not from me. Maybe it was a bargain, but now you need some help. Proper help.

Maybe your car doesn’t recognise it, or you are not sure how to pair the Bluetooth. Maybe it has the wrong harness and firmware.  Maybe you just need general questions answered when YouTube has failed you.

Well, it’s likely I can get you sorted, but I can’t do it for free. I have been Gromming for 11 years now and I’m worth it!

The package includes email/text support to see what’s needed, then an email is sent including the latest firmware with directions, and up to 2 follow-up emails. Perhaps even a phone call, too.
