What happens if the product doesn’t work with my car?
We put a lot of effort into maintaining our compatibility information inline with the manufacturer’s guidelines, and we stand by that. If you purchase a product based on those guidelines, and it doesn’t work with your vehicle, then we will offer you a full refund – you just have to get it back to us.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We currently only offer shipping through Australia Post satchel. Standard shipping is in a 500g satchel, and you have the option of paying extra for Signature and/or Extended Cover.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Standard delivery via Australia Post is 3-4 days.
Express post delivery if made before 12pm is next day in most areas.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We currently only accept payment via Credit Card through the online store.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
We ensure your safety by utilising all eCommerce best practices, including ensuring your connection to our store is encrypted. We do not store your credit card details.

How do I place an Order?
The easiest way to order is to use our Compatibility tool to find products that suit your car. From there you can see the features of compatible products, make your selection, and proceed to checkout from there.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Once an order has been processed and shipping you cannot change or cancel your order. Prior to that you can contact us via email or phone.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, we allow guests to make purchases through our website.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped you will be sent an Australia Post tracking code that you can use to track your shipment.
How Can I Return a Product?
We offer no returns or refunds for change of mind. If you have an issue with your product, you need to open a support ticket before returning the product to us.
