Change of mind

We DO NOT refund for change of mind under any circumstances.

Compatibility Guarantee

We put a lot of effort into maintaining our compatibility guidelines, and we want you to have peace of mind when purchasing a product like this. Therefore if you purchase a product and it does not work with your vehicle, return it to us and we’ll refund (or replace) it free of charge.

If your purchase was made incorrectly, and you ordered a product that doesn’t state compatibility with your vehicle, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

All returns and replacements will only be accepted within 30 days of you receiving the product. Any items in the kit that are damaged, in second hand condition, or otherwise in non-original condition will under no circumstances be refunded.

Clearance items sold at a reduced price will not be refunded

Return postage (and safe delivery) of goods is at the expense of the buyer.

Faulty goods

In the event of a faulty product please contact us via our customer support channel for troubleshooting advice.

If after troubleshooting it’s believed a fault may be present, you will be approved to send the product back to us for diagnosis. On confirmation of a fault we will send the new part to you.

All parts received back must be in as-new, undamaged condition including accessories and manuals. Return postage of goods is at the expense of the buyer.

I’ve been doing installs for decades and had been happy working for someone else. Until I discovered Grom for my own car, a Subaru.
First I am 95% human, 5% business man. I bend over backwards to please everyone and I don’t want you stuck with anything you are not happy with (unless you are Mannish. My one and only negative reviewer).
The previous owner however was 95% business so I dare not touch this policy. I’ll leave it here for back up.
