I’ve had an issue with my friend’s Grom unit, apparently it could be my car audio system’s problem.
Skot was able to resolve this with help of Dension Lite, which worked out of the box.
Got the aux cable as well and now I can get even lossless sound. Yay

I installed this in my 2005 Audi TT Mk1 and it’s the best system well worth the money. Sound quality is great and so good to stream music! Highly recommend it, easy plug and play install and if you have the know-how the microphone can fit beautifully in the little microphone vent on the inside of the dash instrument cluster at the top.
Took my friend about 30-40 minutes with it perfectly installed and tied behind the dash

Superb service and equally superb device
Skots service and support is first rate, answered all my questions prior to purchase and lots of tips to make the install go smoothly. Fitting the device to my wife’s Alfa 147 couldn’t have been simpler. My hint would be to install the unit in the glovebox and the mic squeezes in nicely to the left of the steering wheel tucked in a trim panel. Don’t attempt the centre console location unless you fancy some scraped knuckles (good old Alfas :-). All round a superb experience couldnt recommend more highly.

A couple of hiccups during installation but excellent support provided by Skot through a firmware upgrade and now i finally have blue tooth streaming in my Lexus RX400H! Fitted to my daughter’s Alfa 147 in about half an hour. Removed stereo unit (very easy based on Internet search) unplugged unused CD stacker and plugged in identical Denison connector. Reconnected power and paired iPhone and the system worked immediately, including steering wheel controls.
Didn’t bother with phone mute as iPhone mutes automatically.
Great option if you want to keep the factory stereo.

Works perfectly with my BOSE system. Got it installed by a professional installer. A lot better than having to connect any cables or remove the factory head unit which makes the car look a bit cheesy inside. But this kit makes it look great!
The music doesn’t start playing automatically with an iPhone 5 iOS7. So you have to swipe up control centre and press play or ask siri to press play. It’s not a big deal but just something to be aware of.
Overall a great product!! 🙂

I have purchased 3 of the Dension Gateway Lite BT A2DP bluetooth units for my son and 2 daughters. I fitted all 3 units into the cars with no hassles at all.
I did have a question which was answered by Dension via an online chat, very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this unit to anyone interested……it works a treat….

What can I say? You guys have THE quickest response times of any web retail firm I have experienced. I know you are in Australia but so are firms like Vistaprint, Wotif , etc.

On to the product! Yes. It is fantastic. Everything you said it would be. Installation (well that bit was up to me) was easy and it works! I am viewing the delivery car in a whole new light.

The installation was fairly straight forward and now I can play my music from my iPhone while charging it in the car. The Bluetooth was a little hit and miss to pair up but now works excellent.

This is a great Bluetooth kit. I had it professionally installed and I’m very impressed with the results. Bluetooth audio streaming from my iPhone works flawlessly, including the ability to skip or replay tracks using the steering wheel controls. Sound quality is excellent through the Mazda’s Bose system. Phone calls are easy to accept using the track up/down button on the headunit or with the steering wheel controls. The sound quality of the call is also very good. I had the microphone mounted next to the fuel guage, to cut down wind noise when the roof is down, and this seems to work well. Overall very happy and would recommend this kit and Cushie Audio’s service.

Part was ordered express post- paid extra and directly into account. Item was delivered a week later. Meanwhile, tried to contact staff several times which seemed to have fallen on deaf ears.
Product was finally shipped. After a bit of fiddling by professional and well recognised audio technicians, the item was sorted several hours/dollars later.
Initial dealings were a little worrisome and maybe i could have ordered part via the standard shipping methods, to not incur the extra postage costs.
However, i did send a help desk query,when I had issues with the product, which was responded to in a timely manner.
Product has been working great since and am now a happy customer despite some initial delays.
