How to reset a GROM BT3

Resetting the GROM BT3 is a great go-to for fixing many issues with the unit, and is generally the first step in troubleshooting. The good news is that it’s also super easy and fast to do. Here’s how.

1. Turn on your car and switch to FM for 3-4 seconds
2. Switch back to the GROM
3. After a second, press and hold the SCAN or REPEAT button
4. After a few seconds, you should hear a low beep to confirm the reset
5. Delete the pairing on your phone and re-pair

If you didn’t hear the beep, it’s likely the GROM didn’t reset properly. There’s no harm in repeating the process to be sure.
